7 lok !

Om bhuh Om bhuvaha Om swaha Om maha Om janaha Om tapaha Om satyam

Puranas, especially the Atharvaveda describe the Vyahrtis, the seven world which is supposedly located higher planes above our earth

Om, the Pranava Mantra, the universal chant is prefixed to denote that irrespective of any part of the Galaxy, the vibration is uniform

Bhuh refers to bhuloka, the earth
Bhuvah refers to the astral realm
Swaha refers to heaven
Maha refers to the sapta rsis mandala
Janah refers to the birth or beginning of creation
Tapah refer to the blessed state or the Narayana Lok
Satya refers to Brahma Lok

The Vyahrtis are also believed to denote the seven layers of consciousness namely -
Survival, Relationships, Self-esteem, Transformations, Self-expressions, Connections and Contributions

Relatively the significance between these two meanings of the Vyahrtis is seen clearly

Earth - Survival, Astral plane - Relations, Heaven - Respect & Blissful, Sapta rsis - Realization, Birth - Expressions, Narayana - Connection, Brahmam - Contribution (creation)

The more we focus on a point the more visible the details are
The more we explore to learn the more the wiser, we are

The seven planes of lokas described could probably relate to the seven states of our human structure (physical & thoughts) too -

Atman > Annamaya kosha > Pranamaya Kosha > Manamaya Kosha > Vijnanamaya Kosha > Anandamaya Kosha > Self Realization

Let's explore 🙏🏼
