Atychiphobia - is the 'fear of failure' that creeps into one's mind due to past consistent failures -

Relax, take your time, do breathing exercise whenever stressed, talk it out with well-wishers, face the fact and try setting a new goal
The day isn't scarred of the night and it dawns as a fresh day, everyday
