Written below is the extract of a conversation with a marketing professional on client relations, retention and loyalty building values πŸ‘‡

Focusing on the core values of the profession will shadow the counter effects of such rude behavioural client's outbursts and actions

Despite the repeated storms the grass regains its composure because of its natural ability to remain focused on its roots

One more possibility is that since the clients are also humans, such behaviours could be due to some situations and they may regret & repent for their actions

To remain calm and composed is a tough task but when a salesperson masters this character, sales will follow such persons, in all walks of their life

A bell resonates as per the strike of the dong, if the bell sound isn't musical then just change the way of striking instead of trying to change the bell

Adhering to a similar approach like striking the bell, anyone can succeed in their respective career or profession, irrespective of the nature of their responsibility

Any career/profession are bound to face similar situations like the dong striking the bell and it is wise to change our approach to the profession rather than attempting to change the profession

Because by changing the bell one can't correct the bell sound, the correction is in the method of strike

There is a lesson in every action hence it is wise to learn rather than repent later πŸ™πŸΌ
