Business Success & Failure!

An entrepreneur who succeeds in the business normally tend to seek the counselling of a philosopher to find a self-balanced life

An entrepreneur who had failed to succeed in the business seeks to become a philosopher to find a way to balance their life

The level of success differs for each entrepreneur as per their chosen field of business and personal ambitions

Generally, an entrepreneur whose mindset is focused on self-involvement in all activities will succeed to establish a micro-level business

Whereas the entrepreneur who trusts the teamwork to grow will establish an empire

The term success doesn't necessarily point to financial gains or personal growth alone, the true meaning of success is in growing together

An entrepreneur who steps into the entrepreneurial journey will onboard passengers (team members) with whom the self-employed traveller will travel together to make the travel joyful and prosperous

The joy and prosperity will naturally depend upon the safe travel of all the passengers hence any business which aspires to grow must care for the team members

The absence of this care and concern for fellow team members does onset the downfall of the business

The captain of a ship can't effectively steer the ship unless the crew pitch in

The founder of a business can't grow leap and bounds without the joint efforts of the team

An able captain will listen to the crew's suggestions to keep the ship sailing

An able entrepreneur will listen to the team's suggestions to keep the business growing

A spark can fire a log as well as the forest and the ability to control the spark of fire will define either the productivity or the destructive

Similar spark of entrepreneurship when ably handled by an entrepreneur, the business succeeds

The inability to balance this spark (entrepreneurial skills) fail the business growth

A captain who builds and trust the crew will weather the storms to reach the port

An entrepreneur who builds and trusts the team will weather the storms of self-employment to keep the business above the waters

A stranded ship will be taken as a challenge and a lesson learned by a progressive captain to inspire and encourage the crew to steer the ship back into the high seas

Progressive entrepreneurs will treat the setbacks in business as opportunities to self-correct, learn from the mistakes and guide the team to revive the business

Success and failures are in a way the lessons to learn in business since neither can be guaranteed but only be learnt

Success isn't the final of a business nor is a failure the end for an entrepreneur's goal

Both success and failure are the part and parcel of an entrepreneurial journey

As the saying goes 👇
"It is the journey that counts and not the destination"

Business is a journey that counts and hence it is neither the success nor the failure that should count 🙏🏼
