Entrepreneur's Success!

Is success measured by achievements?
Of course, it is!

It's not the number of attempts that derive success but rather the accomplishments!

In the past 4 decades of entrepreneurship, I attempted to achieve success in 4 different business verticals!

In each venture, I drew blank despite meticulous planning, execution, dedication and committed efforts!

So what skill that I lacked which failed all my self-employment endeavours?

Perseverance is a key factor that compliments all other qualities, to fulfil or succeed in any attempts/ventures!

I lacked this skill and hence failed to succeed!

Hence for an aspiring entrepreneur, the foremost quality/skill that is mandatory is the capability to sustain and overcome any situation through perseverance!

Acumen, adaptive, progressive, compassionate, visionary, trendsetter, etc skills of an entrepreneur don't hold ground unless these are backed with 'perseverance'

It's the perseverance quality of a Potter which enables them to mould shapes more than their skill of handling the clay!

Else despite repeated attempts, the clay just collapses on the potter's wheel!

Entrepreneurship is much like a Potter on the Potter's wheel 👇
A conducive atmosphere, quality clay, prime condition potters wheel and a skilled potter etc alone can't mould shapes, it requires persistent efforts by the potter to achieve!

Similarly, all other skills and features of entrepreneurship alone can't make an entrepreneur succeed, it requires 👇
"let come what may, I will succeed"
Kind of an attitude to achieve in entrepreneurship!

Hence to succeed, an entrepreneur must seed the quality of perseverance in their heart to accomplish/achieve 🌿
