Hence it is very wise for each of us to focus on our physical as well mental health, well in advance prior to senior times
Pursuing one's passion, enjoying Nature, active in social services, uplifting other's, travel, etc are the best ways to keep oneself healthy
Let's all remember that to lift 10kgs might be easier but to keep holding it for a prolonged period will take a toll
So let our physical and mental conditions not become like that 10kg weight 🙏
