Many wildlife conservators took up the cause and their voice was heard by supreme court

When Tamilnadu government took that to court based on the "wildlife trust of India (WTI)" records published

Thus Sigur Elephant Corridor project was initiated and the concerned authorities began to set right

The rightful path of the elephants that falls under Brahmagiri - Nilgiris - Eastern Ghats ranges

Which covers Nagarhole National Park, B R Hills, Sathyamangalam Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary, Bandipur National Park, Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary -

Thou this disrupts many resorts, private landlords and those enjoying leased rights for cultivation

Considering the ecological balance, the coexisitence of all life forms on Mother Earth and rightful restoration of the path to the original owners

This Sigur Elephant Corridor Project is a mile stone in such forest conservation and restoration efforts :)
