Life Values!

As one among the millions of tiny traders whose financials took a disastrous dive due to this pandemic lockdown

This person was forced to become a homeless man, social stigma drove him away from his hometown

He began to wander around, the aimless, mindless and unfocused path walked him through various terrains

This day he was resting under a tree in one of the community parks after a long walk from the nearby town

Security at the entrance permitted him to rest for a while, it's been 14 hours since he had something to eat

Begging wasn't his style hence he always looked out for odd jobs to do, where ever the life path leads to

He got up, collected his meagre belongings and walked up to the nearby tea shop, as usual, met the shop owner, explained his situation and requested any job to earn his meal

Touched by his life journey and the sincerity to earn his living, the shop owner offered him a free meal

Which he politely turned down because if he makes this a habit, his mind will fall into the comfort zone of an easy life

His physic will crave laziness and whatever purpose that is left to live will become redundant

He secured a permanent job at the tea shop, a space to live, two meals a day and regained a bit of respectful life that was set by the living standards of the society

In life, irrespective of the situations that arise to test our endurance and morality, we must withhold the core values of life to lead a meaningful life !
