Nature is Divine!

Admiring the flower 🌺 for some time, my mind was lured to pluck the flower!

I thought that I heard a feeble voice and tuned my ears to hear!

It was the plant 🍀 that had called out to me and I immediately kneeled to get closer to it!

I caressed the leaves 🍂 and the plant felt my love and care!

A bit more confident in my sincerity, the plant began to speak in a more audible tone, and it said 👇

Friend, when I was a seed, the soil on which I have grown and where you are standing, cared for, and nourished to support my growth!

The soil gave room for my roots to spread and find the ground to hold me to weather the seasons!

The soil fed me with water during the hot summer times and drained the excess water during the monsoons to keep me alive!

But for the soil, I may not have bloomed the flower and you wouldn't be standing here to appreciate the beauty!

By the law of nature, it's payback time for me and hence I must make sure that all the flowers that blossomed do fall on the soil once they wither!

The soil thankfully accepts these dried flowers and turns them into compost material to strengthen our roots and as well make the soil more healthy for further seeds to sprout and grow!

Friend, we all know that the soil is an important part of mother earth 🌐 to Help support all lives that depend on Her!

It is imperative to care for the soil, if not for the sake of nature but at least for self-survival!

The plant concluded by saying 👇

Friend 👉 you and I come to this earth for some time to serve a purpose and go back to the earth and if Mother Earth is tolerant enough to support all of us, don't you think that we must respect Her?

I realized my mistake and at once placed the flower on the soil, thanked the plant for that awakening speech, and strode back home with the confidence that I will no more cause harm to Nature!

In this world 🌎 environment day, let's all pledge to protect our environment and assist nature to care for mother earth 🌐
