Why do aspiring youngsters choose their careers overseas ?

My observations -
A. Career growth
B. Job satisfaction
C. Earning opportunity
D. Lifestyle
E. Learn & Upskill
F. Stay away from family tantrums
G. Desire to see the world

A trader who trades on medicinal herbs shall earn much less than a trader on gold

But for a society to sustain, both the traders are important

One cares for the health and the other cares for the wealth

Similarly, for a developing Nation, knowledge and wealth are primary for growth

Which those youngsters who seek greener pastures

Do provide by gaining them during their overseas tenure

And transfer them to their generations and contacts at their native

Unless one opens the door, opportunities may not come in :)

By the way the desire for migration is a built in system, in Human’s too :)
